Shipping Information

We provide free Standard Shipping on all orders across Australia, with the option to upgrade to Express Shipping for $9. All orders are dispatched from Sydney using Australia Post.

• Standard Shipping: 2–10 business days to most metro areas, depending on your location.

Returns Process

Step 1: Check Eligibility

• We accept returns for purchases made through getpocketbook.au within 30 days of receipt.

Step 2: Request a Return

• Email us at info@getpocketbook.au to obtain a return authorization.

• Please note: returns without prior authorization will be automatically rejected and not refunded.

Step 3: Factory Reset

• Perform a factory reset to remove all personal data from your device.

Step 4: Pack the Items

• Repack the device in its original packaging (box with bubble/sponge wrap to prevent damage).

• Include the instruction guide and any accessories/spare parts.

Step 5: Arrange Postage

• Send the item(s) back to PocketBook AU.

Step 6: Inspection & Outcome

• If hardware damages or defects not mentioned in your return request are found, the return may be rejected and not refunded.

• If no hardware defects are found, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

• If factory hardware defects were reported with supporting photos/videos at the time of your request, you’ll receive a full refund, including covered shipping charges.

Refunds

• Refunds are generally processed within 15 business days after inspection is complete.

• Any original postage costs paid are non-refundable.

• We do not profit from refunds; costs are based only on experience and handling.

Warranty

All devices purchased from getpocketbook.au come with a one (1) year warranty from date of purchase.
